Cell is a character from the Dragon Ball franchise. He is the culmination of Dr Gero's android technology, merging cybernetics with biological tissue to create the perfect lifeform. Cell possesses dna that Gero captured with a nano drone from every fighter on Earth, including even Frieza and King Cold when they landed in their ship and fought Future Trunks. As a result, he can perform all of their special techniques and has all of their personality traits. Cell is prideful and loves to fight like Goku and Vegeta, is cruel and refined like Frieza, and is calm and calculated like Piccolo. It's easy to see that Mr Perfect Cell is the most handsome husbando in Dragon Ball.
