Chitose have shown to be quite mean at times, abusing her student body president for her own game, threatening to bury people up to their neck, and force people to do thing they wouldn't do. Although, Chitose shows a kinder side towards Roka Shibasaki since she was the first friend Chitose ever made and taught her to be brave. Chitose shown to have good terms with other members of the Fake Game Creation Club, expect for Kenji since Chitose treat him very badly, saying he has foot fetish while rubbing her feet in his face. Even though she treat him badly, Chitose still cares about Kenji enough to try to help him when he is in a pinch and teach him some pointers to be the top delinquent, but leave the rest for him to figure out. Chitose wasn't always mean and bossy, as when she was five years old, Chitose was quite timid and shy that Kenji couldn't believe Chitose was like that. Chitose didn't had many friends since she spend most of her time playing in the sand to make the ultimate sand castle and was considered a cry baby. This all change when Chitose met Roka and Tama, learning to be more tough in order to keep up with them and to protect Roka from bully or people who been to mean to her as Roka did for her.

The Kazama Family—a gang of three wannabe delinquents and close friends, spearheaded by Kenji Kazama, is trying to make a name for themselves at Fujou Academy. On the first day of the term, the gang finds themselves putting out a fire in the Game Development Club. Instead of thanking them, the eccentric club members attack and knock out Kenji's two friends, forcing Kenji to fight for his life. Failing to escape, the gang leader is coerced into joining the Game Development Club. As he settles in, Kenji gets to know the four girls responsible for his provisional membership—student council president and general tyrant Chitose Karasuyama, spirited tomboy Sakura Mizukami, negligent club advisor Minami Oosawa, and the school's infamous shadow leader Roka Shibasaki. Throughout the Game Development Club's constant shenanigans and his desperate attempts to leave the club, Kenji begins to realize that he may be actually enjoying himself.
