A returnee with quarter blood, Chitose is a mischievous, playful, but anemic girl who had to repeat a year of high school. Because of her illness, she lacked stamina and collapsed during a dance lesson. When she was a child, she hated sleeping at night because she felt that falling asleep meant she'll never wake up again; as a result, she developed the habit of taking walks at night under the moonlight. Due to her wealthy appearance, elegant personality, nocturnal tendencies, and sharp teeth, she's often associated with a vampire character-type, as seen in her Normal+ card. She seems to play into this character, and at one point she even says that Anastasia's skin looks "delicious" upon first meeting her in a Starlight Spot VR event. Chitose is very close to Chiyo Shirayuki, who has been a servant to Chitose's family since age 12. She knows that she doesn't have much time left to live, so she aims for her and Chiyo to become idols, and importantly, she wants the Producer to draw out Chiyo's potential so that she can live out her own life outside of being Chitose's servant.
