Fran is one of the recurring characters introduced in Wandering Witch series. She is Elaina's master and a witch. She is portrayed as an elated and jocular woman. Compared to the other witches in Robetta, she is shown to be a non-judgemental person. Fran is a highly formidable and experienced witch who is capable of projecting blasts of blue magic and even manipulating elements as means of combat. She can disappear and reappear at different spots to either effectively moving out of dangers/enemy attacks or travel through different locations on ease.
