The main character of this work who is annoyed by her senior Takeda. She has long green hair. She is originally from a snowy region and attended a local school in elementary and junior high school, but she went to high school in Tokyo and then joined the current company after graduating from junior college. She has a slightly strong personality and cares a lot about her small height which hasn't changed much since she was in elementary school, and envies Sakurai and Natsumi, who according to her have good style. She eats out a lot, but is good at cooking. She is left-handed and has never known her parents her only left family is her grandfather since her grandmother died.

My name is Futaba Igarashi, and my senpai, Takeda-san, is annoying. He's big, loud, always in the way, and treats me like a child because he's so tall and I'm so short.
