Hikari Hazakura (葉桜 ひかり Hazakura Hikari), often referred to as "Big Sis Hika" by Takashi Takahashi, is a 22-year-old physical education teacher at Kawanuma East who advises the student council in addition to coaching the swim team and she later becomes a teacher at Sakikawa Senior High.
