Hoh is a Regular that managed to pass most of the tests on the Second Floor and was assigned to the Wave Controller position. Ho is an androgynous human-looking guy with very long blonde hair, yellow eyes and a single red horn protruding from the right side of his head. He wears a white kimono with red trimmings. Before Ho climbed the Tower, he lived in a small village and use his Baang for entertainment. When his village was attacked, everyone he knew was killed by a Ranker. Ever since that day Ho had wondered why God had given the Ranker such power and yet had not given him the power to save them.

Tower of God centers around a boy called Twenty-Fifth Bam, who has spent most of his life trapped beneath a vast and mysterious Tower, with only his close friend, Rachel, to keep him company.
