Houkouin is one of the main antagonists in the series, alongside Hitotsubashi Shigeyoshi. She often speaks like an Oiran and mostly everything she says is quite erotic. Houkouin is an assassin and master of Kung-Fu with a warped and murderous, yet extremely perverted personality.
