A puppeteer, the likes of which have existed in the East since ancient times. She appears to be a young girl, but they say she's looked the same for decades. She used to live in the same village as Yoshino and Shizuka, but disappeared when it was attacked by the Rebel Army. Yoshino is one of the few people she's known since her youth. She attacks with her huge puppet as easily as with her own two hands. One punch from its fists does more damage than most modern weaponry.
