Commercial export variant of the servicing QCW-05 SMG used by the People's Liberation Army/People's Armed Police, JS signifies the designing company Jianshe Industries, while the number 9 indicates the weapon's 9mm calibre, JS 9 is also known as CS/LS2. Similar to QCW-05, JS 9 classifies as a bullpup SMG/PDW, however the chambering calibre is changed to the more globally accepted 9x19mm rather than the Chinese 5.8x21mm.

Girls' Frontline is a mobile strategy game developed by MICA Team, a Chinese company. It is a moe anthropomorphism game in which the player controls echelons of characters, each of which are based on actual guns. The game was released in Mainland China on 20 May 2016, and in Hong Kong and Taiwan on 18 January 2017. It was also released in South Korea on 30 June 2017. The English version published by SUNBORN Network Technology was released on May 8, 2018. This game is a prequel of another game developed by the same company called Bakery Girls.
