Popuri is a young girl who has recently moved downtown, she discovers a small pharmacy called Fun Fun Pharmacy and meets Miss Fukiko, who is actually a witch. Sensing Popuri’s strong feelings for wanting to become a witch, she presents her with a mysterious medicine bottle that allows Popuri to mix and create magical spirits of her own. These magical spirits do not speak words and they have a role of their own. Inexperienced as she is, magical spirits do not always follow Popuri’s spells but little by little, they learn to handle magic in their own way.
