Kotomi Waatame is ten years old child. She is a prodigy actress. But, she also has the monderella syndrome on her head part. She has strong headache when the syndrome strike. First she is very reticent on someone rub her head and bite anyone who tries to do it but she will allow the main character to do so after knowing him better.

One day she forgets her medicine at home and has such an attack in school, but fortunately her classmate, Edogawa, by pure chance runs into her, and it seems he's the only one who can make her pain go away!
