ダルシア三世 (Darushia San-sei, Lord Darcia III) is the secondary antagonist of the Wolf's Rain anime (while serving as the main antagonist of both the manga and OVA) and the third and last generation of the Darcia family of nobles, who were cursed after Lord Darcia I disappeared into Paradise. The curse is visible as a golden wolf's eye, replacing his left eye. In the OVA, Darcia is instead descended from a wolf clan that chose to be completely human.
Wolf's Rain
The world is slowly dying... In a post-apocalyptic future where humans live in large domed cities surrounded by wasteland, wolves are believed to have been extinct for 200 years. But some wolves still remain. These wolves live by disguising themselves as humans to survive.
