Medios is a slave trader. Medios is an attractive pale-skinned woman with long dark red hair that is tied in a ponytail with bangs covering her right eye and possibly light-colored eyes. Her dress really works to show off her large breasts and the "V" of the dress reaches her waist. While "villainy" might be a bit much, seeing as slavery is perfectly legal, and accepted, in the world setting, Medios admits that she keeps slaves both physically and mentally healthy because it would hurt her profit margin if they were openly hurt or abused. In fact, she claims that she treats the slaves she sells as if they were her children in an orphanage, and strives to see them go to good homes.

One day, Diablo ends up rescuing a holy woman who was being pursued by a Paladin, and she turns out to be the most important person in the Church. Befriending her, Diablo and the others act as her escorts until they reach Zircon Tower deep in the Demon Lord’s territory. After arriving in a new town, more difficulties arise, ultimately culminating in the appearance of a gargantuan monster attacking them! Is the self-proclaimed Demon Lord becoming a guardian deity for a follower of the Gods!?
