Minerva is a 4th year student at the university of Seikan. She stays at the "Goddess' Dormitory" which is one of Seikan's women's dormitory. She is the one that brought Koushi to the dormitory. She enjoys running experiments and is known at her university as "Walking Toxic Gas Emitter" because of her many failed experiments.

Nagumi Koushi is a 12-year-old boy who was abandoned by his broke father after their house caught on fire, leaving him to roam the streets penniless. He then one day, meets a girl named Minerva who finds him lying on the sidewalk.
