Moeha Fujiwara is a supporting character in the series. She is the vice president of Shuchi'in middle school and is the younger sister of Chika Fujiwara. She is a young girl in middle school, she is normally seen wearing her middle school uniform, (she also wore a shirt under a dress when they went out to window shop) She has short hair, up to the top of her neck, She also wears ribbons like Chika but in contrary to her style, she ties her hair into twin ponytails on both sides. She has the same sunny personality as her sister, Chika. However, she says the scariest things at times, like wanting to corrupt Kei by locking her in a dungeon and torturing her for the rest of her life or having Kaguya as the number one person on the list of people she wants to eat.

Student council president Miyuki Shirogane and vice-president Kaguya Shinomiya appear to be the perfect couple. Kaguya is the daughter of a wealthy conglomerate family, and Miyuki is the top student at the school and well-known across the prefecture. Although they like each other, they are too proud to confess their love as they believe whoever does so first would lose. The story follows their many schemes to make the other one confess.

After a slow but eventful summer vacation, Shuchiin Academy's second term is now starting in full force. As August transitions into September, Miyuki Shirogane's birthday looms ever closer, leaving Kaguya Shinomiya in a serious predicament as to how to celebrate it. Furthermore, the tenure of the school's 67th student council is coming to an end. Due to the council members being in different classes, the only time Kaguya and Miyuki have to be together will soon disappear, putting all of their cunning plans at risk. A long and difficult election that will decide the fate of the new student council awaits, as multiple challengers fight for the coveted title of president.
