Moona Hoshinova is a female Indonesian Virtual YouTuber. She is a member of the hololive ID branch, under hololive company alongside Ayunda Risu and Airani Iofifteen. Moona is a shy girl, which is the opposite of her image of a flat faced college girl despite the fact she still speaks in an upbeat tone and a rather unique Indonesia accent. Like Tsunomaki Watame, she loves to bob and wave her head and body around. She worked as a fashion model before showing an interest in joining hololive. She loves to shitpost on Twitter while trying to connect with her fans. Her fanbase is officially called "Moonafic". "Munafik" means "hypocrite" in Bahasa; according to Moona herself, this was intentional.

Hololive Production, more commonly known just as "Hololive" is an agency of Virtual YouTubers created by Cover Corp. With tens of millions of fans on YouTube and Bilibili, they are one of the leading VTuber agencies not only in Japan but also in China and Worldwide. Hololive Indonesia was revealed on April 6th, 2020 after an audition period that had ran in December 2019. It's members debuted in April 2020. Auditions for a second generation branch were held in July, while its members were revealed and debuted in December 2020.
