Naomi is a young girl from Mochinoki City that is best known for bullying Zatch Bell in the park. Zatch has developed a reasonable fear of Naomi as he is unwilling to fight back when she attacks him, often by punching him and biting. As Kiyo refuses to intervene, Zatch is often her victim. Naomi is often seen speeding around the park in "Je t'aime-Mobile," her red toy car. She lives in the same neighborhood as Kane. It is implied that Naomi bullies Zatch because she really likes him.
