Nazuna Asahina is a student of Class 3-A at the Advanced Nurturing High School. Nazuna is a teenage girl who could be seen as rough looking (according to Kiyotaka Ayanokōji) waist-length chocolate-brown hair that is adorned by a hair pin in shape of sunflower on the right side along with two ordinary hair-clips on the same side and purple eyes. She was seen sporting a school tracksuit with gym trousers, her uniform was zipped up to half to allow her chest breathing space. Nazuna has rough mannerisms, but she is very well liked and influential within the 2nd years who is laid-back and playful, but she is also dutiful and never forgets to repay a debt made to her. She has a habit of judging people too quickly as seen with Kiyotaka Ayanokōji when she assumed him to be a pitiable flirt, when really he was a good person who retrieved her most precious belonging. She is ashamed and embarrassed with herself for thinking that. She possesses an amulet to which she cares for very much. She believes it to be an object of good luck, and it give her great mental strength when she has it on her. She claims it be a harbinger of destiny that not only watches over romance, but brings people together in a fated encounter. She is close to Miyabi Nagumo, but unlike her fellow second years, she does not idolize him despite being in the same class.
Classroom of the Elite
On the surface, Koudo Ikusei Senior High School is a utopia. The students enjoy an unparalleled amount of freedom, and it is ranked highly in Japan. However, the reality is less than ideal. Four classes, A through D, are ranked in order of merit, and only the top classes receive favorable treatment. Kiyotaka Ayanokouji is a student of Class D, where the school dumps its worst. There he meets the unsociable Suzune Horikita, who believes she was placed in Class D by mistake and desires to climb all the way to Class A, and the seemingly amicable class idol Kikyou Kushida, whose aim is to make as many friends as possible. While class membership is permanent, class rankings are not; students in lower ranked classes can rise in rankings if they score better than those in the top ones. Additionally, in Class D, there are no bars on what methods can be used to get ahead. In this cutthroat school, can they prevail against the odds and reach the top?
