Oki was thought of as a plain and quiet person, only to turn out a cocky sadomasochistic lesbian girl who is at first very aggressive about humiliating Alice. Oki was abandoned by her parents at a very early age and left to die, but she was rescued and sent to an orphanage. She developed strange cockroach-like powers which eventually caught the attention of the Organization. At some point she became one of Kabutomushi's students.

Alice is a senior high school student who lives with an uncle that spends his time tormenting her everyday. One day, Alice witnesses the death of her uncle by the hands of an assassin called "Kumo" (Japanese for Arachnid). She then falls unconscious, and upon waking up, she finds out that she's in Kumo's house... Now, this Alice who no longer has any family is being raised by the assassin himself..!
