Pellick Obiert is the circle master of the Basilisk's Tail. Members of her circle have been taking relics from the Traumen Rings which strongly displeased Frey and causes him to kill & beat some of its members. At her arrival to that scene, she almost immediately senses how powerful Frey is and kneels down to ask for forgiveness, saying she would do anything so he does not destroy the Basilisk's Tail Circle. Frey says the only thing that would appease him is her head which she is willing to offer to save the circle. Seeing she is still devoted to fight the Demi-Gods he spares her and her left subordinates, asking her in exchange to reveal all the locations of the small and medium size circles which have been taking relics from the Traumen Rings.
