A mischievous female penguin; upon her first meeting with Pingu, she deliberately goes out of her way to try to ruin the freshly painted pavement he had worked on. However, when Pingu breaks down after accidentally stepping in it, she feels bad for him and instead decides to help him fix the pavement. Her recurring appearance suggests the two have become friends.
