Poppi α is an artificial Special Blade in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. She was built by Tora, whom she calls "Masterpon", as a robotic companion.

Humans live on top of and inside living creatures known as Titans, together with Blades, powerful beings that can be summoned by certain humans named Drivers, and to whom they are tied for the rest of the Driver's life.
