Rize Kamishiro (神代 利世, Kamishiro Rize) is a ghoul who escaped from the organization V, and the foster daughter of Matasaka Kamishiro. She is known under her nickname Binge Eater (大喰い Ōkui, Binge Eater or Gluttony, literally Big Eater). Because of her eating habits, Rize was a threat to most ghouls of the 11th ward and 20th ward. She is the donor of the kakuhous that were in the transplant surgery used to transform Ken Kaneki, Kurona and Nashiro Yasuhisa, and Kichimura Washuu into one-eyed ghouls.She appears to be a shy, slender girl with long purple hair, purple eyes, and an hourglass figure. As a ghoul blending into human society, she wears a normal attire fit for a young woman, showing a bigger preference over dresses. After she had moved to the 20th ward, she was seen wearing a pair of red frame glasses (the frames being only at the lower half of the lens), even though she does not seem to have any eyesight problems. Her attire reveals some cleavage, possibly to seduce and allure males as her prey. Rize is very attractive and is aware of this fact, often manipulating it to her advantage. In her younger days, she had shorter hair.Rize is a voracious, independent ghoul who acts as a femme fatale to those who fall victim to her charms. She is an enigmatic female with many acquaintances whom are left with a mysterious impression of her and those who come into conflict with her rarely come out alive, with the exception of Banjou, who finds her self-dependence and strength attractive. She has no ambitions and wanders the wards aimlessly to appease her boredom. After she is rescued by Renji Yomo, it is shown that the effects of captivity and starvation have reduced her into a near-mindless state, as she is unable to recognize her surroundings and has to be kept in restraints. This also brings out a vulnerable side of Rize as she cries out to her foster father in fear.

Two years have passed since the CCG's raid on Anteiku. Although the atmosphere in Tokyo has changed drastically due to the increased influence of the CCG, ghouls continue to pose a problem as they have begun taking caution, especially the terrorist organization Aogiri Tree, who acknowledge the CCG's growing threat to their existence. The creation of a special team, known as the Quinx Squad, may provide the CCG with the push they need to exterminate Tokyo's unwanted residents. As humans who have undergone surgery in order to make use of the special abilities of ghouls, they participate in operations to eradicate the dangerous creatures. The leader of this group, Haise Sasaki, is a half-ghoul, half-human who has been trained by famed special class investigator, Kishou Arima. However, there's more to this young man than meets the eye, as unknown memories claw at his mind, slowly reminding him of the person he used to be.
Tokyo Ghoul:re 2nd Season
After the conclusion of the Tsukiyama Family Extermination Operation, the members of the Commission of Counter Ghouls (CCG) have grown exponentially in power and continue to pursue their goal of exterminating every ghoul in Japan. Having resigned from Quinx Squad, the now seemingly emotionless Haise Sasaki begins taking on more and more tasks from the CCG with no regard to the difficulty. Despite his vacant expressions, Ken Kaneki's memories are resurfacing in Haise, leaving him in a state of internal conflict. Meanwhile, his new coldhearted behavior is affecting the people around him. Quinx Squad are left in shambles, having to cope with the death of one of their members without the support of their former mentor. Amidst this turmoil, both Quinx Squad and Haise must continue to fulfill their duties to the CCG, whether willingly or not. However, the presence of a mysterious group behind the CCG has been made known to Haise, and certain whispers of corruption have not gone unheard by the Quinx Squad as well.
