Sakie Satou is a Mathematics teacher who also happens to be a Succubus. Similar to her students, her Demi-human origin has several repercussions in her ability/ perspective in fitting into normal life. Being a succubus, her system constantly expels aphrodisiac which inadvertently makes any male in her vicinity to lust over her, much to her dismay. Unlike traditional depictions of succubus which shows high level of confidence, Satou is timid and shy; taking extra precautions and going out of her ways to avoids as much male contact as possible to minimize her natural aphrodisiac's effect on the environment around her (wearing tracksuits and taking earlier trains etc). She takes Tetsuo in high regards as he continuously keeps to himself despite the apparent effect of her aphrodisiac, something that most males, even her students, succumbs to. Being a teacher, she constantly puts her students' well-being first and foremost. Kind, gentle, caring, and somewhat clumsy by nature, these qualities pushes an ideal wife image to most male and only amplify their attraction towards her, much to her dismay.

The story takes place in an age where "Ajin" (demi-human), more casually known as "Demi," have slowly started to become accepted into human society. Tetsuo Takahashi is a biology teacher who ends up teaching three such Demi, hoping to understand more about them while also managing to catch their attention.
