Scarlet Fairchild (スカーレット・フェアチャイルド Sukāretto Feachairudo) is the Captain of the "MASTERS", the H.H.G. team of the West U.S.A. Megafloat. She and the rest of Masters are now part of Ataraxia. __Appearance__ Scarlet is a charming young girl with golden-yellow cat-like eyes and long red hair which are usually in a long ponytail with black ribbon keeping it in place. She has a tight and slender body which is according to Kizuna is like stell spring. __Personality__ Scarlet is a high spirited and confidant girl with a great sense of duty. She is also very carefree like the other members of Master and enjoy's relaxing and playing around when she's not fighting.

Hida Kizuna possesses the HHG (Heart Hybrid Gear) ability, but it is not strong enough to make him particularly important. His older sister calls him to transfer to a strategic defense school, where many of the students (many of which are large-breasted girls) use their HHG abilities to fight invaders from another world while wearing extremely skimpy pilot outfits. Kizuna's fighting ability doesn't measure up, but his sister has another plan—apparently having erotic experiences with Kizuna will allow the girls to replenish their energy or power-up. It looks like his new school life is going to be full of embarrassment.
