Seaport Water Oni is an enemy shinkaisei-kan in Kantai Collection. She appeared as part of the Spring 2015 Event. Also known as Harbour Water Demon. She is essentially an evolved Seaport Hime visually. She has gargantuan forearms with monstrous clawed hands and her hair is an absurd length. She wears a ribbed white dress with a cleavage cutout that shows off her rather huge breasts, possibly the largest in the game, and white ribbed thighhighs. Behind her is a large mechanical base. Fans think that she has a scary thuggish face on her portrait. Naturally, fan-artists run with it or even goes with the idea that she actually is a thuggish delinquent, sometimes making it to where she is actually nice but her expression threatens others. This is most likely due to her drastically misleading voice which is very child-like and nearly the same pitch as Northern Ocean Hime's.

Kantai Collection (艦隊これくしょん Kantai Korekushon, lit. "Fleet Collection", subtitled as "Combined Fleet Girls Collection"), abbreviated as KanColle (艦これ KanKore), is a Japanese free-to-play web browser game developed by Kadokawa Games.[2][3] The game was launched on April 23, 2013.[4] As of April 2015, the game is available in Japan only and has 3 million registered players.[5] The game has developed into a much larger media franchise; various media including multiple manga series and light novels have been released, in addition to an officially licensed tabletop role-playing game. A PlayStation Vita game was released in February 2016,[6] and an anime television series began airing its first season in January 2015,[7] with an animated film[8] released in November 2016 as the sequel to the series.
