Seir is one of the demons Ritsu can (if he wishes) summon and control using the Ring of Solomon. Seir is the commander of 26 legions of hell. A mighty monarch of hell at rank n°70. Appears as a beautiful knight riding a winged horse when summoned. Possesses the power to carry or transport things and can transfer anything to anywhere in the world in an instant. Seir has a gentle and virtuous heart. Is said to grant any wish of the summoner gladly.
