Description

Shamir is a character from Fire Emblem: Three Houses. She is one of the Knights of Seiros and teaches at the Officers Academy. As an instructor at the Academy, she offers lessons in Lances and Bows. Shamir lives a straightforward life and is blunt and simple when expressing her feelings and thoughts, so that she can simply do what is required of her. She suppresses her emotions before and during a battle; having been a mercenary, she knows that emotions can rattle her performance significantly. She is not completely cold however, as outside of battle, she is often plagued with doubts and needless worry. She owes Rhea a debt because she took her in during her time of need. Unlike most of the other knights who are devout followers of the Church, Shamir is a unique outlier, as she is not a believer of the Church or Rhea. While this would cause concern with others due her beliefs, both the order and Rhea tolerate her atheism. She gets along well with Catherine, a fellow Knight, despite their completely different personalities due to participating in many battles together. She is also on good terms with Gilbert and Alois. Shamir likes throwing weapons, gambling, archery, and receiving paychecks. She enjoys tranquility and tends to hide her own presence. She dislikes centipedes, sweet talkers and spiders.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses

Fire Emblem: Three Houses is a tactical role-playing game, co-developed by Intelligent Systems with support from Koei Tecmo Games and Nintendo EPD. The game was published worldwide for the Nintendo Switch by Nintendo on July 26, 2019. The game is the fifteenth game in the Fire Emblem series, and the first for home consoles since Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn (2007). Three Houses is set on the continent of Fódlan, divided between three rival nations now at peace, connected through the Garegg Mach Monastery. Taking the role of a former mercenary and new teacher at Garegg Mach, the player must choose a nation to support and guide them through a series of battles. The game carries over the turn-based tactical gameplay of earlier Fire Emblem titles, while incorporating social simulation and time management elements. The game's production was challenging for Intelligent Systems, who attributed its success to Koei Tecmo Games, who had previously partnered with the company for Fire Emblem Warriors. The character designs were created by Chinatsu Kurahana and Kazuma Koda. The game's school system and a time skip later in the story took inspiration from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War.
