Shima Itsuki seems to be the manager, or something like that, of "The Goddess Consort Assembly" cult, or "Hishin No Kai", a recently born new religion. She's also seeking for someone to welcome as a new patriarch of the cult, since the old one suffers from a critical disease. However, the cult consists mostly in lust and believers let all their beastly desires come out and mate with each other in an obscene sweet scent, the Tanrtric Orchid Aroma, which has the effect of making people true to their feelings of sexual desire. It's quite a madness of a cult that refers sex as a sacred ritual.
