Sisbell Lou Nebulis IX is the tritagonist of the series. She is third-born princess of the Nebulis Sovereignty and the youngest sister of Aliceliese. She is also the "witch" that Iska saved one year before the start of the series. Sisbell has long pink hair tied back in twin ponytails and amber eyes. She wears a revealing white dress with black designs, gold trim, and pink stripes. The young woman completes her look with a star-shaped necklace. As her casual outfit, she wore a white dress (purple dress in anime). Sisbell has a calm and polite personality. Despite being the youngest sister and reserved, this does not stop her from doing what she believes is best for her nation. Because her astral power allows her to know what everyone around her is saying behind her back, Sisbell has grown to be very distrusting and cautious of everyone, including her own family.
