A middle school student who has a huge love for literature and a crush on Saeki. It is because of his infatuation of Saeki that he steals her gym uniform. Sawa Nakamura, an isolated loner in Kasuga's class witnesses him stealing the uniform. She then blackmails him into forming a contract, tying them together as "friends. __Appearance__ Takao has small black eyes, short black hair. During his middle school years, he wore a standard male uniform consisting of a white dress shirt with a dark blue tie and a black dress pants, accompanied with white shoes. In the time-skip, Takao has longer hair that hides his ears and eyebrows. Takao now wears a dark blazer over a white dress shirt with a dark tie. When he is not attending school, Takao wears a light jacket over his shirt unbuttoned at the collar with no tie.
