Tera (テラ, Tera?) is a support character in Castlevania: Rondo of Blood, and its remake, Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles. She is a nun villager who was kidnapped by Dracula's forces. Tera leads the town with her prayers. When Richter Belmont or Maria Renard find her, she has a temporary delusion of them being manifestations of God (an effect most likely due to her prolonged capture). She owns a necklace which brings Red Skeletons to total destruction, rendering them unable to reassemble. In The Dracula X Chronicles, it also destroys Red Skeleton walls.
Castlevania
Castlevania: Hymn of Blood is an interpretation of a possible backstory for Simon Belmont, the protagonist of the Castlevania video games. It should come as a relief to old-school gamers that the serialized story seems to focus more on references and lore from the three NES games, rather than anything from the more recent (and terrible) games.
