Touko is a female investigator who works in the Special Intelligence Division 4 called Shinigami and fights evil extra-judicially. She is a beautiful woman who is half-German and half-Japanese. Her mother was a former military member. She has a great body and extraordinary beauty. She is strict but also has the heart to make jokes even in the most serious moments. She is a woman who is always willing to do her very best, never giving up in any situation. Even though she is very strict in her workplace, she is actually capable of love. But she hides her sexual urges from everyone so deep inside herself and she is afraid of showing it. She likes buying cute accessories. She is currently working with the U.S. Federation to conduct joint investigations into demons.
