Toya Todoroki is the eldest son of Enji and Rei Todoroki. In the past, Toya could be seen to play with his siblings, which indicates that he got on with them well, especially his brother Natsuo. Nothing is known about his personality in the present. Although most of the details are unknown, Toya's Quirk allows him to produce a firepower even greater than his father's, but because he inherited Rei's weak constitution, he apparently was unable to use its power to its full potential.
