Tybalt is a character in the Romeo X Juliet series. The series depicts Tybalt as a vigilante with an intense hatred for Lord Montague and sympathies aligning with the Capulet faction. He is quick to take a life and doesn't seem to have any regrets in doing so. Tybalt is the child of Leontes Montague and Volumnia Capulet, Juliet's aunt, making him Juliet's older cousin and Romeo's older half-brother. Tybalt harbors a strong hatred towards Leontes due to the fact that Volumnia died after giving birth to him. He rides a black dragon steed and has skilled informants. Unlike his original counterpart, Tybalt is shown to be much calmer and only loses his temper when Leontes is mentioned.

Unfortunately, however, their destiny is a cursed one: not only does each of the two families wish to obliterate the other, but an ancient secret hidden beneath Neo Verona also threatens their undying love for each other.
