Doppiato in giapponese da Takashi Ōhara. Terzo protagonista della serie, ha i capelli blu scuro alzati con una coda di cavallo e gli occhi arancioni. Ha forti somiglianze con Axel Blaze, come suggerisce anche il nome. Inizialmente Victor sembra essere il vero e proprio antagonista della serie, visto il suo essere arrogante e altezzoso e per il fatto che ha letteralmente sbaragliato senza alcun apparente motivo la seconda squadra della Raimon, essendo solo uno studente del primo anno.

To do this, he'll need a little help and more than a little luck. Mamoru Endou finds hope in the hands of Shuuya Gouenji, a brilliant young player who has given up on soccer. Mamoru is determined to get Shuuya and other new recruits to join his team, no matter what the cost. Is his passion and determination enough to treat the ailing club?
