Yone (ヨネ, Yone) is a villager of the Genjutsu Tree Village. Jiraiya stated that she and her husband Sukune were very kind to him when he first visited that village. Yone has long brown hair with her bangs going down the left side of her face. She has bright brownish greyish-coloured eyes and she wears a purple headband. Her bangs reach over her headband.

Moments prior to Naruto Uzumaki's birth, a huge demon known as the Kyuubi, the Nine-Tailed Fox, attacked Konohagakure, the Hidden Leaf Village, and wreaked havoc. In order to put an end to the Kyuubi's rampage, the leader of the village, the Fourth Hokage, sacrificed his life and sealed the monstrous beast inside the newborn Naruto.
