Shiranui Flare (不知火フレア) is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber. She is a part of the third generation of hololive members called hololive Fantasy (ホロライブファンタジー) alongside Usada Pekora, Uruha Rushia, Shirogane Noel, and Houshou Marine. She has a mascot, a fairy-like panda creature named "Kintsuba" (きんつば). Her fanbase is officially called "Elfriend" (エルフレンド).
