Nishiki is from Tokyo Ghoul and appears in episode 1 and spoke to Kaneki once and saw him later. Nishiki has short brown or tan hair sorta curled in the same as Chiaki Nanami, but not as curled as hers. He wears glasses and is pretty cocky. He can be pretty rude and sometimes call others "Peasants!" I would have used the Nishiki Wiki and given credit but it was FULL of spoilers that wouldn't come in until later in episode one.
