Saiha is the Leader band of pirates. Her experience at the ocean and her life as a pirate allow her to fight in the water with the same efficiency as she was on the ground. She was able to deliver a surprise attack despite the ocean currents that can destroy the rowboat. First seen in chapter 19 of the manga Hinowa ga yuku!. She has full confidence on her strength.
